Plan Your Trip to Lexington

We’ve compiled some helpful travel information to make your journey to #ISEET2026 in Lexington, Kentucky, smooth and stress-free.

Step one: Register for your ISEET 2026 ticket and book your discounted hotel room.

Step two: Plan your travel to Lexington. It’s easy to get to #ISEET2026 by plane, car, or bus!

Whether you’re flying domestically or internationally, Lexington is conveniently connected through multiple nearby airports. Check your airport’s terminal guide before you arrive!
- Fly directly into Blue Grass Airport (LEX), 10 minutes from downtown.
- Want a larger airport with additional flight options? The Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) are approximately 90 minutes from Lexington.
Prefer to drive? Lexington is within a day’s drive of two-thirds of the US population. Use the LexPark PayByPhone app to pay for on-street parking directly from your phone or find a LexPark garage.
Leaning toward a bus? Lextran’s fixed-route bus service operates 26 routes, and there is a Greyhound bus station on the north side of town.

Step three: Apply for any travel authorizations if you’re traveling to #ISEET2026 from outside the United States.

All international travelers joining us must have a valid travel authorization. Depending on the purpose of your trip to Kentucky, you can obtain a visa or an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).

For a stay of fewer than 90 days, obtaining a visa to travel to Kentucky is unnecessary if you are a citizen of 1 of the 38 countries in the US Visa Waiver Program; simply apply for an ESTA travel authorization online.
African and South American citizens: You cannot travel to the US with an ESTA. Instead, you must apply for a B1 visa. Start your request early! The processing time for a B1 visa can take a few weeks to a few months.
