ISER Webinar User Guide

You will receive an email inviting you to verify your email (the same address connected to your ISER membership) and log in to set your webinar account password.

Accessing webinars on the ISER platform

Go to https://iser.vetpd.com and log in to your account using the email address connected to your ISER membership and the unique password you have set up for the ISER webinar platform (which will be different from your ISER membership account password). Click on login in the top-right corner.
Click on the arrow next to your name
Select 'Dashboard'
Click on 'My Purchases, which brings up the list of available webinars on the left-hand side.
Webinars can be selected by either using the keyword search or the scrollbar on the left-hand panel (Keyword only, not author).
On the right-hand panel click on Video (bottom arrow) to play the selected webinar. Please note that you cannot watch the webinars by any other route on the web page.
To access a list of all current and planned webinars, go to the home page and select any of the individual sections (Mare, Foal, Stallion or Assisted Reproductive Techniques). In the last sentence of the text there is a link download a PDF with the titles of all webinars.

Forgot/resetting your password

Go back to the log in button in the top right-hand corner of the page and in the login dialogue window click 'Forgot Password'

Enter your email address. Click 'Send'

An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password:

How to change your email address in your ISER account

Log into your account. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and click on 'View Profile'

Click on the pencil in the email field, which will allow you to edit it. Once you have changed it to your preferred email address, click on save.
